T-Cay’s Meals began with love—love for family, for community, and for the joy that only a shared meal can bring. The name “T-Cay” was born years ago when young nieces and nephews couldn’t quite say “Aunt Teresa,” and the nickname stuck. It’s a name that’s come to represent warmth, kindness, and a heart for serving others.
For Teresa, cooking has always been more than just preparing food; it’s her way of showing love. Whether it was gathering her nine children (four biological and five adopted!) around the dinner table or creating meals for those in recovery programs through her ministry work, food has been her gift and her mission. Every meal she makes is infused with the essence of Southern hospitality—a deep care for every ingredient, every detail, and every person who sits down to enjoy it.
T-Cay’s Meals was born from a desire to share that love with even more families. What started as a way to serve those close to her has grown into a service that brings comfort and joy to the whole community, one dish at a time.
At T-Cay’s Meals, our mission is simple:
To bring the warmth and comfort of home-cooked meals to busy families, providing delicious, wholesome food that brings people together. We believe in the power of a shared meal—whether it’s around the family table, at a church gathering, or during life’s big moments.
Our meals are made with heart, inspired by a love for Southern traditions and the belief that good food can nourish not just the body but the soul.
Teresa—better known as T-Cay—is the heart and soul behind T-Cay’s Meals. As the mother of nine children, she’s spent decades perfecting the art of creating meals that bring people together. Her dishes are built on a foundation of love, faith, and Southern tradition, with a little extra flair that only T-Cay can bring.
From her years of serving in ministry, feeding adults in recovery programs, to the meals she’s crafted for her family and friends, T-Cay has always believed that food is more than just sustenance—it’s a way to care for others and make them feel at home.
Her favorite dish? It’s hard to pick, but her Chocolate Bread Pudding is a crowd favorite, and she’s always experimenting with new recipes to surprise and delight her customers.
T-Cay’s Meals is more than just a business—it’s a way to give back. Teresa is deeply rooted in her church and her community, and she’s passionate about making a difference. From supporting her church family to sharing meals with those in need, T-Cay’s Meals is built on the belief that food can bring people together in the best of ways.
Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a special occasion, when you choose T-Cay’s Meals, you’re not just getting great food—you’re supporting a family-owned business that cares about you and your community.
